Monkeypox Woundcare Kits @ Maggie’s
On Wednesday, September the 21st between 1-4 pm Maggie’s is hosting our second Mpox vaccination clinic at Holy Trinity (19 Trinity Square – a 1-minute walk from the Eaton Centre) in collaboration with Toronto Public Health. Please share the attached poster and details with your networks. The vaccine is free and available to all eligible people. No ID or OHIP is required. Lastly, Maggie’s has partnered with www.igotmpox.com to help provide free Mpox Wound care Kits to those currently coping with an Mpox (Monkeypox) infection (see the attached promotional image). Proper wound care can help reduce how uncomfortable/painful/inconvenient the experience is, help pox heal faster, minimize pox scarring, help prevent secondary infections, and help reduce the chances of passing Mpox on.
